Our biscuits are packed in containers integrated with airtight and tamper-proof features with a unique safety lock seal which allows food to be packed with minimal handling and maximum hygiene.

What is the expiry of the biscuits?
Date indicated at the bottom of the containers are an indicative and suggestive best before date to ensure freshness of the biscuits as they are repacked. The actual expiry date of the biscuits are usually at least 6 months to 1 year later.
Delivery & Self-Collection
How much is the delivery fees?
Free Delivery to your doorstep for website orders above $60. Delivery fee of $6 applies to any orders less than $60. No minimum orders.
(Singapore Only, top up for delivery charges is required for Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Sentosa and Jurong Island)
(For tins/carton/goodie bag purchases, FOC delivery applies for orders above $200. Otherwise, $20 delivery fee will be applicable.)
When will I receive my snacks?
You will be receiving your items in the next 4 to 10 days after transaction is completed with payment made and confirmed by us.
(NOTE: No specified date and time for delivery will be provided as all deliveries will be handled solely by our logistics partner.)
Can I do a self-collection?
Yes! Self-Collection is available at Northpoint City, South Wing, #02-155, S768019, daily, 12pm - 8pm only. Kindly WhatsApp us at 88536354 to arrange Self-Collection as we need time to pack your items!
What are the payment modes accepted on the website?
Preferred payment method: PayNOW
For credit cards: Visa, Mastercard
How to use PayNOW to make payment?
I chose PayNOW as my payment mode but I forgot to make payment through PayNOW, how?
Payment to be made immediately after carting out. Otherwise, your orders will be voided automatically.
Orders and Refunds
I have placed my order online but I have been informed that some items are out of stocks (OOS)?
We seek your understanding as there could be a possibility that certain items could be sold out by the time we get to your orders as our stocks are shared between online store and the physical retail store. To ensure freshness, we do not stockpile our items.
We will contact you via WhatsApp to inform you of the OOS items and provide suggestions of similar items or refund accordingly.
How is the refund made?
Refunds are made only through PayNOW within 7 working days after being informed of OOS and upon confirmation of PayNOW mobile number.
